Lashi Lake Wetland Park / 拉市海湿地公园
The largest plateau lake in the Lijiang area at 2,500 meters elevation, covering approximately 65 km². It's a Ramsar Wetland of International Importance and a critical habitat for over 198 bird species, including three national first-class protected species: the black stork, black-necked crane, and hooded crane. In winter, up to 80,000 migratory birds make this their home. The area also preserves sections of the Ancient Tea Horse Road.
