Impression Lijiang Show / 印象丽江
A large-scale outdoor cultural performance directed by the legendary filmmaker Zhang Yimou (who directed the 2008 Beijing Olympics opening ceremony). Set against the actual backdrop of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain at 3,100 meters elevation, the show features 500+ performers from local Naxi, Bai, and Yi ethnic minorities. The 70-minute performance combines traditional songs, dances, and storytelling that bring the region's cultural heritage to life.
