Zhaolin Park / 兆麟公园
Established in 1906, Zhaolin Park is one of Harbin's oldest public parks. It is famous worldwide as the birthplace of the Harbin Ice Lantern Art Fair, featuring illuminated ice lanterns every winter. In warmer months, the park offers shaded gardens, walking paths, and peaceful green spaces.

Note
The lights are open from 05:00 until 22:00, except winter season. During wenter season, there is "Ice Lantern Festival" that available from 10:00 until 21:00 (December to February).
