Tongli Ancient Town / 同里古镇
Tongli Ancient Town is one of China's best-preserved water towns, with a history of more than 1,000 years. Known for its network of canals, 49 ancient bridges, whitewashed residences, stone lanes, and classical gardens, Tongli offers an authentic Jiangnan water-town experience. The town is also home to the Retreat & Reflection Garden (退思园), a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
